Article 1 – Subject

The General Terms of Sale (hereinafter “GTOS”) govern sales made via the Epic-collection website, which is specialized in selling supplies and consumables to individual and professional clients.

Article 3 – Products The products offered are those listed on the website at the time of client consultation, subject to available stock. Photographs do not have contractual value.

Article 4 – Price Prices are indicated in euros (€), net of taxes (HT) and all taxes included (TTC), according to the applicable regime, excluding delivery fees.

Article 5 – Order Any order implies full acceptance by the Client of these GTOS after payment validation.

Article 6 – Payment Payment is due immediately upon order. Accepted payment methods are those indicated on the site.

Article 7 – Delivery Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Client. Delivery times are indicative.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, a particular customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from product receipt, except for legal exceptions.

Article 9 – Guarantees Products are covered by statutory conformity guarantee and warranty against latent defects.

Article 10 – Personal Data Collected personal data is necessary for order processing and will be processed in compliance with GDPR.

Article 11 – Applicable Law These GTOS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, a goodwill solution will be sought.
